Driver Hire Twickenham & Heathrow is recruiting an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join a well-established logistics company specialising in same-day deliveries and high-quality transport services across London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Cat C / LGV Driver looking for a permanent role with a respected employer, excellent benefits and long-term career stability.
The Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you will work alongside a driver's mate delivering goods safely and professionally to commercial customers.
Duties
* Complete between 1 and 4 deliveries per day.
* Deliver goods to commercial and customer sites.
* Work with a driver's mate to safely unload deliveries.
* Secure loads and complete delivery paperwork.
* Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Follow all driving, transport and health & safety regulations.
Hours
* Monday to Friday.
* Start times between 5:45am and 7:00am.
* Regular overtime available, including weekends.
Requirements
* Valid Category C (Class 2) HGV licence.
* Minimum 2 years' Class 2 driving experience.
* Valid CPC qualification.
* Digital Tachograph Card.
* Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
* Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
