HGV Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for long-term work with immediate starts available.

Pay Rate:

£17.67 per hour (PAYE)

Working Hours:

*

Monday to Friday

*

06:00 – 14:00

The Role:
This is a hands-on driving position where you'll be working as part of a team collecting waste and recycling. Drivers will assist the loading crew throughout the shift, so this is not solely a driving role. The position involves manual handling and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

*

Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience is essential

*

Newly qualified drivers cannot be considered for this role

*

Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual duties

*

Reliable with a strong commitment to health and safety

Additional Information:

Immediate starts available following a successful driving assessment and induction

All successful applicants will be required to undergo on-site Drug & Alcohol testing

*

Candidates must provide their own high-visibility clothing and safety boots
