Aztrum Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and growing Managed Service Provider that delivers tailored IT support, cloud solutions, Microsoft technologies, cyber security and proactive managed services to businesses across the UK. Renowned for exceptional customer service and long-term client partnerships, they're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their expanding sales team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying opportunities to introduce additional IT solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships and helping clients maximise the value of their technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing business accounts
Identify opportunities to upsell managed IT services, cloud, Microsoft 365, cyber security and infrastructure solutions
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Deliver tailored proposals and quotations that meet customer requirements
Work closely with technical consultants to provide the best solutions for clients
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems
Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targetsAbout You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in an Account Manager, IT Sales or Business Development role
Experience within an MSP, IT reseller or technology solutions environment
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A consultative approach to sales with a focus on customer success
Experience managing the full sales cycle and developing long-term client relationships
A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for technologyWhat's On Offer

£40,000+ basic salary (DOE)
Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential
