Aztrum Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and expanding Managed Service Provider that delivers innovative IT, cloud, cyber security, connectivity and digital transformation solutions to businesses and education organisations across the North of England. Renowned for its customer-first approach, the business works as a trusted technology partner, helping clients improve productivity, security and long-term business performance through tailored IT solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where you'll inherit existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business. The Role

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing business customers.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across managed IT, cloud, cyber security and connectivity solutions.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and outbound activity.
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to provide tailored solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.About You

Previous experience in an Account Manager, Business Development or Sales Executive role.
Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT reseller or technology solutions business.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Commercially driven with a proactive approach to winning and growing accounts.
Ability to understand customer challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Full UK driving licence preferred.What's on Offer?
