Vison for Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tutor supporting learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering tailored, engaging, and inclusive education to students who require additional support to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes that meet individual student needs
Adapt teaching methods and resources to support a variety of learning styles and abilities
Support students with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback
Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals
Support students’ emotional wellbeing and promote independence
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
Experience working with SEND students (preferred)
Patience and strong communication skills

To be considered for the Tutor role, you will:
Hold suitable qualifications, QTS/PGCE or relevant teaching experience
Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
