Key Responsibilities:

Support students with emotional or behavioural difficulties and implement suitable strategies to promote their development.
Collaborate with the class teacher to prepare materials and tailor lessons to meet individual student needs.
Provide one-to-one or group support to students in the classroom and throughout the school day.
Track and document student progress while offering feedback to the class teacher.
Maintain the safety and well-being of students and promote their welfare.The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people with ASD or Complex Needs
Patient, empathetic, and resilient in supporting diverse needs
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Sports Coaching, PE, SEN Support) are desirable but not essential
