Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within architectural technology
Strong post qualification as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit is essential
Experience managing projects across various sectors
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent technical detailing skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
