Customer Support Executive, Accountancy, Andover to £35,000 (Hybrid)

This is a great role for a Customer Support Executive to join an exciting Software company, and to be part of their growth journey. Due to new projects they need a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will thrive in working closely with customers and helping them use their finance system, so a background in accounting (in some form) is essential.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Supporting customers through a mix of reactive support and proactive calls to encourage better product utilization.

• Embracing new tools and technology, including Generative AI, to enhance the delivery of our customer experience.

• Using various applications like to accurately capture details and ensure seamless service.

• Applying accounting fundamentals to resolve queries from both new users and seasoned professionals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, improve processes and add value for clients.

• Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship management skills.

• Proactive, accountable and able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
