Sales Coordinator - Andover - Permanent - £35,000-£42,000 per annum
We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a busy sales function, delivering an exceptional customer experience on every transaction and helping to maximise account potential. You'll work closely with the external sales team to manage enquiries, produce accurate quotations and keep orders moving.
Salary: £35,000-£42,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Andover (office-based)
Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities of a sales coordinator
Handle quotation enquiries via phone and email
Process enquiries generated by the external sales team
Make outbound Pre-Quote Calls to understand requirements and progress opportunities
Support quote follow-up activity in line with the sales rep's plan
Assist customer service with order processing and answering incoming calls when required
Support with growing existing accounts
What we're looking for from a sales coordinator
Engaging, polite and professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Positive, proactive approach with a team-first mindset
Self-motivated-comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results-focused with the ability to work to tight timelines
Good understanding of the trade industry
Performance focus (KPIs)
Quotes created and won

Enquiries managed and kept up to date
