Due to continued business growth, our client, an established and continuously expanding manufacturer based in Petersfield, is looking to recruit an Office & Logistics Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-respected business that values teamwork, offers a varied workload, and provides a supportive working environment.
Working closely with multiple departments, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, whilst coordinating with warehouses, couriers and internal teams to keep products moving smoothly from dispatch through to delivery.
The Role
Processing customer orders accurately through internal systems.
Managing courier bookings and manually processing shipments via courier portals.
Updating tracking information and dispatch confirmations.
Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries, queries and service issues.
Obtaining courier quotations for specialist or international shipments.
Working closely with the Sales, Customer Service and IT teams to resolve order queries.
Supporting UK warehouse operations, including courier labels, collections and order queries.
Assisting with stock transfers and updating warehouse stock locations.
Monitoring outstanding customer and trade orders to ensure timely completion.
About You
Previous experience within an administrative, logistics or operations support role.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Confident IT skills and experience using internal systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments.
The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work proactively.
What's on Offer?
Salary of £27,000 - £28,000+ DOE
Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am - 5:00pm)
