Role: Employee Relations Specialist
Location: Must be UK | Fully Remote

I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist to join its growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative environment where you'll gain exposure to complex ER casework, organisational change projects and Employment Tribunal activity, all while working fully remotely.

The Role
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll be a trusted advisor to managers across the UK and Republic of Ireland, providing practical, legally compliant guidance on a broad range of employee relations issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and wellbeing matters.
Providing expert advice to managers on complex employee relations issues.
Supporting Employment Tribunal activity, including early conciliation, case preparation and documentation.
Assisting with organisational change projects, including restructures, redundancy, redeployment and TUPE.
Working closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Analysing employee relations trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and risk reduction.About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
Previous experience in an Employee Relations Specialist or HR role managing complex casework.
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, with exposure to Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland legislation being advantageous.
Confidence influencing and advising managers at all levels.
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A CIPD qualification (or working towards one), mediation training, or Employment Tribunal experience would be advantageous but are not essential.
