Looking to specialise in Employee Relations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We're partnering with an established production business to recruit an ER Advisor to support a busy operational site. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing complex casework, guiding managers, and ensuring fair, consistent people practices across the business.
About the role
Leading on a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
Providing expert guidance and coaching to line managers on ER matters
Supporting investigations and ensuring best practice and compliance
Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement of ER processes
Working closely with HR and operational teams to drive consistent, people-focused outcomes
What background do you need for this ER Advisor role?
Strong ER experience within manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment - essential
Confident managing complex and high-volume casework
Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
Resilient, organised and able to manage competing priorities
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
A credible communicator who can influence and challenge constructively
