We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable dealership in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional Parts Advisor seeking to advance their career within the motor trade.

Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Assisting customers with parts enquiries and sales via face-to-face interactions and over the phone
Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
Managing stock levels and maintaining the parts department
Liaising with internal departments to ensure parts availability and timely delivery
Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in line with company proceduresRequirements for the Parts Advisor Position:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
