Location: Greenwich
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: September 2026
We are looking for a reliable and organised Science Technician to join a secondary school in Greenwich on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Prepare equipment and materials for practical science lessons.
Set up and clear away laboratory experiments.
Maintain laboratory equipment and stock levels.
Ensure laboratories are clean, organised, and safe.
Prepare and safely store chemicals in line with health and safety regulations.
Support teachers during practical lessons where required.
Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Requirements:
Previous experience as a Science Technician or in a laboratory setting is desirable.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of laboratory health and safety procedures.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
