The Role of Field Service Engineer - Heat Pumps

As a Field Service Engineer - Heat Pumps, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and installation partners throughout Ireland, ensuring equipment is installed, commissioned and maintained to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing first-line technical support for air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps.
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, commissioning, retrofits and refurbishments.
• Supporting and developing an installer network through technical guidance and site visits.
• Delivering technical training to installers and contractors.
• Investigating technical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Producing technical reports and recommendations.
• Working closely with management and manufacturing teams to resolve product and installation challenges.
• Supporting continuous improvement and helping drive service excellence.

About You

We're keen to speak with engineers from Heating, HVAC, Air Conditioning or Heat Pump backgrounds who enjoy solving technical problems and working closely with customers.

The ideal Field Service Engineer - Heat Pumps will have:
• F-Gas certification.
• Experience servicing, commissioning and fault-finding on heat pump or HVAC systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to deliver technical training.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
