Sales Order Processor
Recruitment Solutions Workforce (RSW) are recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join a leading manufacturing business based in Blaenau Gwent.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment, processing customer orders and providing first-class customer service.
The Role
You'll be responsible for processing customer sales orders, handling incoming enquiries and supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every order is managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Handle incoming customer calls and emails.
* Manage customer enquiries and resolve queries professionally.
* Maintain accurate customer and order information.
* Liaise with production, planning and logistics teams.
* Support the sales team with administration and quotations.
* Complete general administration and data entry.
* Ensure customer orders are processed within agreed timescales.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in Sales Order Processing, Customer Service or Sales Support.
* Excellent communication and telephone skills.
* Fast and accurate data entry ability.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with excellent PC skills.
* Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
* Manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
