The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Connected Technology Sales team, taking ownership of an established portfolio of customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
You will build trusted relationships with customers, understand their commercial and technical requirements, and deliver innovative connectivity solutions that support them throughout their digital transformation journey.
Working across a wide range of industries including logistics, healthcare, retail, transport, utilities and security, no two days will be the same.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Connected Technology Account Manager, you will:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of existing technology customers. Grow recurring revenue through account development, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Identify and win new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and targeted outreach. Develop a strong understanding of customers’ commercial objectives and technical connectivity requirements.
* Present a market-leading portfolio of connectivity solutions, including mobile connectivity, embedded SIM solutions, managed services and secure networking solutions.
* Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate profitable agreements. Work closely with Product, Technical and Operations teams to deliver successful customer implementations.
* Manage contract renewals and ensure excellent customer retention.
* Conduct regular customer reviews to identify future growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline information and customer records.
* Monitor account performance and proactively resolve customer challenges. Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
* Stay up to date with developments across the connected technology and connectivity market.
About You
You will be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges and identifying commercial opportunities.
You will ideally have:
* Experience in Account Management, Business Development or B2B Sales. A proven track record of growing customer accounts and winning new business.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex sales opportunities.
* The ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into commercial solutions.
* Strong organisational and time management skills. Experience using customer management systems and digital sales tools.
* Experience using professional networking platforms for business development would be advantageous.
* A full UK driving licence.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
* Experience selling connectivity, telecommunications or connected technology solutions.
* Knowledge of embedded SIM solutions, managed connectivity, private networks or secure connectivity solutions.
* Experience working within industries such as logistics, healthcare, retail, transport, security, utilities or smart technology. Experience managing strategic customers who use multiple suppliers.
