Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Painter Decorator to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Painter Decorator who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
The Painter Decorator, will be responsible for:
* Deliver painting schedule across the site on internal and external areas across an agreed period.
* Deliver planned and reactive maintenance, when requested, across fabric and building services assets.
* Complete PPM and helpdesk tasks in line with contract requirements and SHE standards.
* Liaise with engineers and subcontractors, maintaining a strong understanding of site systems and services.
To be successful for this Painter Decorator role you must have:
* A recognised Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in painting or building services or multi‑skilled maintenance.
* Proven experience providing painting & decorating and/or general maintenance services within a large, complex environment.
* Right to Work in the UK with valid, in‑date documentation.
