Senior Developer Team Lead - MHS (Material Handling System) - 12 Months contract

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Senior Developer Team Lead - MHS (Material Handling System) to join one of our key partners for a new Manufacturing Systems project. The initial contract will be for 12 months with a scope for extension.

This contract is to start in August 2026 and will be Hybrid position with a flexible onsite requirement in Bucharest.

Specific skills/experience required:

• Proven experience leading software development teams within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring/Spring Boot), Angular and MS SQL Server.
• Experience designing and supporting SAP integrations (PI/PO, BTP or APIs).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience within Manufacturing, MES, MHS, Warehouse Management or Industrial environments.
• Solid background in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and release management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, mentoring and people leadership skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to join in August 2026.
