SAP S/4HANA TM Consultant (Interfaces & EWM) - 100% | Romania/Hybrid
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join an international SAP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term project within a complex enterprise environment, collaborating with international stakeholders and supporting logistics integration across multiple SAP landscapes.
Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid)
Travel: Approximately one trip per month to Vienna, Austria
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until 30 April 2027

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure and support SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) solutions.
- Analyse, develop and optimise interfaces between SAP TM and integrated business applications.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics processes.
- Support integration between SAP TM, SAP EWM and other SAP Supply Chain solutions.
- Participate in workshops, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live activities and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot interface issues and ensure stable integration across systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Support continuous improvements across the SAP Supply Chain landscape.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM).
- Strong experience designing and supporting SAP TM interfaces and system integrations.
- Solid understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
- Experience working on international SAP implementation, rollout or transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Knowledge of additional SAP Supply Chain modules.
- Experience within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Previous experience working in multinational enterprise environments.
- Long-term assignment until April 2027.
