Are you looking for a full-time warehouse role with consistent weekday hours and weekly pay? We're recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a busy DIY and hardware distribution warehouse in Colchester, Essex.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for an ongoing temporary position with an established business.
What You'll Be Doing
Picking and packing a wide range of DIY and hardware products accurately against work orders
Preparing boxes of various sizes for warehouse operations
Unloading incoming deliveries (this role involves some heavy lifting)
Assisting with dispatch, including preparing pallets for outgoing deliveries
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all timesWhat We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience
Good attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow picking lists and work orders
Strong communication and basic literacy skills
A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
A good level of physical fitness due to manual handling dutiesPay & Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
£12.71 per hour
