Warehouse Operative
A well-established and growing organisation is looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to support the efficient running of its warehouse operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring all processes are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of organisation and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring all items meet quality standards
Receive and process incoming deliveries, including unloading, checking, and booking goods onto internal systems
Store stock correctly within designated locations
Assist with loading and dispatching goods for distribution
Carry out regular stock checks and support inventory management
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support overall warehouse operationsSkills & Experience Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic IT skills for updating systems and records
Good communication and teamwork skills
Be able to carry out manual handling duties
