The Role
We are looking for an organised, motivated, and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our CQC-regulated domiciliary care service. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
* Maintain and promote compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
* Lead, support, and develop the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
* Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate, reviewed, and tailored to individual needs.
* Recruit, supervise, and support care staff.
* Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, and client feedback.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
* Support business growth while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Participate in the on-call rota where required.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care.
* Good knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Right to work in the UK.
