Shift: VARIOUSE SHIFTS AVIANAVLE
Night Shift (10pm-6am – any 5 out of days, incl. weekends)
PM Shift (2pm-10pm – any 5 out of days, incl. weekends)
AM Shift (6am-2pm – any 5 out of days, incl. weekends)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
This is a physically demanding role, working for the full 8-hour shift in a freezer maintained at -26°C. Full thermal clothing and PPE are provided, along with regular warm-up breaks throughout the shift.
The role includes:
* Picking customer orders within the freezer.
* Walking long distances throughout the shift.
* Pushing a picking cage while collecting stock from warehouse locations.
* Working to productivity and accuracy targets.
* Following all health and safety procedures.
Candidate requirements:
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
* Able to work in a -26°C freezer for the full shift (with scheduled warm-up breaks).
* Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred, ideally within a chilled or freezer environment.
* Reliable, motivated and able to work night shifts and weekends as part of the rota.
* Please make sure candidates fully understand the working conditions before submitting them, as we'll be carrying out additional screening to ensure they're suitable for the role
