The Role
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you'll play a key role in the repair process by producing accurate repair estimates, liaising with customers and insurers, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:
·Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates.
·Assess repair methods in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
·Liaise with customers, insurers, engineers, and internal departments throughout the repair process.
·Monitor repair progress and update estimates where required.
·Ensure all repair documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.
·Support technicians by providing clear repair instructions and technical guidance.
·Maintain excellent levels of customer service from estimate through to vehicle handover.
·Help maximise workshop efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

About You
This role would suit an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator / Bodyshop Estimator who enjoys delivering accurate assessments and providing first-class customer service.

You should have:
·Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Estimator, or Bodyshop Estimator.
·Hold an ATA / IMI accreditation in Vehicle Damage Assessment and proficient in estimating systems such as Audatex / GT Global.
·Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and Bodyshop processes.
·Experience producing accurate repair estimates using recognised estimating systems.
·Excellent communication and organisational skills.
·Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
·A full UK driving licence.
