Injection Moulder / Setter

Days or Permanent Nights - Your Choice **nights carries shift premium**

Are you an experienced Injection Moulding Setter or Technician looking to join a successful manufacturing business that genuinely invests in its people?

We're recruiting for two positions - one on a rotating day shift and one on permanent nights. You'll be responsible for carrying out tool changes, machine setting, process optimisation and fault finding, helping to maximise production efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. You'll also support continuous improvement activities and provide guidance to operators on shift.

Day Shift

Monday-Friday
Rotating 6:00am-2:30pm / 2:00pm-10:00pmPermanent Nights

Sunday-Thursday
10:00pm-6:00am

We're looking for someone with:

Experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or Technician
Strong knowledge of tool changes and machine setting
Process optimisation and fault-finding experience
A proactive approach to quality, safety and continuous improvement
The ability to work independently and support colleagues on shift
