Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a value driven, public sector organisation that are currently seeking a Learning & Development Lead to join them on a Temporary basis.
This role will be based in Bradford, and you will be required to be on site 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will receive a day rate of £314 per day PAYE / £400 per day umbrella plus holiday pay.
As a successful Learning & Development Lead, you will be responsible for;
Leading the current L&D function
Review current work plans and working with SLT's to identify appropriate priorities
Review the key existing programmes including mandatory training, early careers etc
The ideal Learning & Development Lead will have experience in the following;
Previous experience leading an L&D function, ideally within a public sector organisation
Designing and delivering leadership development programmes
Adopting a collaborative approach, both with teams and stakeholder
