Role: Working Foreman

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: £35,000/£40,000 + Package

Working Foreman required for a leading regional contractor to work on a variety of projects throughout the Yorkshire and Northwest regions. You'll act as the vital bridge between senior management and the trades personnel, overseeing daily operations, coordinating schedules, tracking materials, and enforcing health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assign daily tasks, manage performance, and actively work alongside the operational team to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations by conducting daily toolbox talks
Monitor resources, track time and expenses, and order necessary materials or equipmentRequirements

Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in a specific trade or as a foreman.
Knowledge: Advanced understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and health and safety guidelines.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
Qualifications: CSCS card (Black or Gold),1st Aid certificate, SSSTS or SMSTS (required as a minimum)
