Technical Sales Engineer
£35,000 - £39,000 + Bonus, Enhanced Pension, Benefits

A fantastic opportunity to join a long-established engineering business with over 60 years' experience designing and manufacturing bespoke systems for advanced material processing.
With a presence in over 30 countries, this organisation is a global leader in advanced technology solutions for metal/ metal products.
This will be a predominantly office based role with some travel for trade shows and client briefing as required.
Technical Sales Engineer – The Role:
Drive sales and business development activities across the UK and Europe.
Develop relationships with end users across Aerospace, Gas Turbine, Automotive and related industries.
Identify new business opportunities and support existing customer accounts.
Work closely with Project Engineers, Technical Specifiers and Procurement Teams to understand customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and product proposals.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions.
Support marketing activities to promote innovative processing solutions.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop bespoke solutions for customer applications.
Technical Sales Engineer – What We're Looking For:
Graduates with 2-3 years' industrial engineering experience and a strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.
Previous technical sales experience within engineering or process industries is advantageous but sales training will be provided.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Commercial awareness with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer opportunities.
Computer literate with a systematic approach to managing information.
Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe for customer meetings and exhibitions.
