Salary: £40,000–£50,000 - (Depending on location) - (rising by £1,000 at 6/12 months - performance based)

What is the role?
You will be working as a clinical assessor completing Work Capability Assessments (WCA) or Personal Independent Payment (PIP) Assessments with claimants.
Assessing claimants health & daily living via phone and face-to-face appointments
Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed.

Full Training Provided: 12 weeks of paid, structured training covering assessment skills, DWP guidelines, and report writing.
Performance bonus up to 10%
Monday – Friday – no weekends, nights or bank holidays

Essential Criteria:
Registered Nurse, OT or Physio

Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
Experience working with complex health conditions
