TIG Welder
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire (commutable from High Wycombe, Leighton Buzzard, Bicester, Milton Keynes, Tring, Hemel Hempstead, Princes Risborough and surrounding areas)
Salary: £33,207 - £35,350 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Duration: Permanent

TIG Welder Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality TIG welding and fabrication work
* Read and interpret engineering drawings (Third Angle Projection)
* Manufacture components to required quality standards
* Work to coded welding procedures
* Carry out MPI and dye penetrant inspections where required
* Complete job bookings and production records using the MRP system
* Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards
* Follow quality procedures and report any defects promptly
TIG Welder Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' TIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment
* Current or previous coded welding experience
* Confident reading engineering drawings
* Fabrication experience
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is beneficial
