This Quality Manager role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing quality, structured problem-solving, and process improvement.

The Quality Manager Role
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives, strengthening process control, and embedding a “right first time” culture. The Quality Manager will work cross-functionally with operations, engineering and supply chain to reduce variation, eliminate waste and improve overall production capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead continuous improvement activities using data-driven methodologies
* Manage non-conformance, root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
* Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance
* Collaborate across functions to improve process capability and quality performance
* Drive standardisation, KPIs and quality best practice across the site
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a senior quality role within manufacturing
* Strong problem-solving skills (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, root cause analysis)
* Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA and control plans
* Experience with audits, QMS and continuous improvement methods
* Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
