Axcis Education is currently hiring an early years teaching assistant to work in a school setting in Leominster. The role is starting in September 2026, Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30pm, there is opportunity for part time or job share with this role.
As an early years teaching assistant you would be supporting children in the first years of their school life. These children may have special educational needs, personal care needs or language delays. Often you would serve as an extra pair of hand in the classroom, to support the children learning through play and support the teacher during more formal style lessons.
We would love if you had experience in a classroom or early years setting already, but we are open to speaking with people with other relevant experience. So if you have worked in the care sector, babysitting, or other work with children please do get in touch.
Starting pay for the role is £14.25 per hour.
