Senior MEICA Project Manager
Location: Bewl, East Sussex
Rate: Up to £600 per day
Contract Length: 18 months
We're looking for an accomplished Senior MEICA Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical projects within the UK water sector.
This is a long-term contract offering the opportunity to oversee projects from initial award through to final commissioning and handover. You'll take ownership of programme delivery, commercial performance, resource planning, and client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance are maintained throughout.
What You'll Be Doing
·Managing the full lifecycle of MEICA projects from mobilisation to completion.
·Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
·Developing and maintaining project programmes, resource plans, and financial forecasts.
·Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
·Monitoring project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
·Driving high standards of health, safety, environmental performance, and quality across every stage of delivery.
·Overseeing commissioning activities and ensuring a smooth handover to operational teams.
Qualifications
·Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent industry experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
·Full UK driving licence.
·Project management qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, or similar are advantageous.
·Additional certifications including SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene, and Confined Space training would be beneficial
