Accounts Receivable Administrator - 6 months fixed term
📍 Wall Island, Lichfield (WS14 0QP)
📋 Reporting to: Personal Finance Team Supervisor
Are you highly organised, detail-focused and looking to develop your career within finance? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our supportive finance team and play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of invoices and administration of accounts receivable processes.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and distributing emails from shared finance inboxes
Printing and posting customer invoices
Supporting the Accounts Receivable team with query resolution
Reconciling invoice data and maintaining accurate records
Undertaking general administrative duties to support the wider teamWhat we're looking for:
Essential:
Exceptional attention to detail
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities effectivelyDesirable:

Experience using Excel
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Excellent organisational skills
