We are currently looking for an experienced Sub Contract Fire Alarm Service Engineer to work across a portfolio of NHS sites in Essex, carrying out fault finding on addressable and conventional fire alarms.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable engineer who is comfortable working independently, managing their own diary, and maintaining high standards within live healthcare environments.

Duties will include:

* Fault Finding on fire alarm systems

* Routine servicing, testing, and inspections

* Fault finding and minor remedial works where required

* Accurate completion of service reports and compliance paperwork

* Working across multiple NHS sites in line with site procedures

* Ensuring all works are completed to current fire safety regulations

Requirements:

* Proven experience servicing fire alarm systems

* Knowledge of conventional and addressable systems

* Relevant fire alarm qualifications / training

* ECS / CSCS preferred

* Own van, tools, and testing equipment

* Strong communication skills and professional manner

* Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain one
