We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable, family-run garage in Woking. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing service bookings, and supporting parts enquiries, all within a well-established workshop.

Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle service requirements
Schedule vehicle servicing and maintenance appointments
Assist with parts sales and manage stock levels
Provide precise vehicle repair estimates and communicate updates to customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
Support daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and smooth workflowRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade sector
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage both service and parts-related tasks effectively
Organised, professional, and customer-focused approach to work
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is advantageous
