Service Advisor - Farnborough
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Farnborough.
This opportunity is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in managing high workloads within a busy automotive environment.
The Service Advisor role offers competitive compensation, excellent earning potential, and prospects for career development.
Benefits of a Service Advisor:
Basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with an uncapped OTE of approximately £41,600+
Strong earning potential through team bonuses linked to customer satisfaction and workshop performance
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Regular Saturday shifts on a 1 in 3 rotation
Supportive team environment with experienced colleagues and development opportunities
Friendly, fast-paced working atmosphere suited to proactive, organised communicatorsDuties of a Service Advisor:
Managing an average of 11 jobs per day, ensuring efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction
Handling customer enquiries and providing professional advice on services and repairs
Processing vehicle repairs, quotes, and administrative tasks using systems such as Keyloop Drive and RTC
Upselling service plans, tyres, and additional maintenance options where appropriate
Maintaining high standards of customer communication, follow-up, and service excellence
Collaborating effectively within a high-pressure team environment to meet dealership targetsRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy dealership
Ability to manage high workloads efficiently and calmly
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A team-oriented attitude with a proactive and positive approach
Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm, and on every third Saturday morningThis role presents a superb opportunity to advance your career with a well-established dealership in Farnborough.
