Are you a motivated Receptionist? A well-recognised law firm in Glasgow are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? An ideal candidate for this role will have at least a year of experience working as a Receptionist / Facilities Assistant within a professional services environment; experience within a legal setting would be advantageous. Additionally, you will need to display strong computer skills and a good work ethic.

Responsibilities:

* First point of contact for clients.

* Handling switchboard operations.

* Passing messages on to the relevant individual (s).

* Diary management – booking meeting rooms etc.

* Managing archiving, photocopying, and scanning of documents.

* Arranging deliveries / collections via courier.

* Sorting post.
