Job Title - Behaviour Support Practitioner

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location - Loughborough

Contract Type - Full-Time, Permanent

Role Responsibilities

Execute detailed functional assessments and collaborate on advanced diagnostic reviews to identify individual student needs.

Design and implement structured intervention frameworks centered on practical life skills and community inclusion.

Monitor progress metrics and interpret individual data sets to generate evidence-based evaluation reports.

Conduct coaching clinics and deliver specialist instructional workshops to upskill educational staff and support networks.

Maintain accurate digital documentation and update records in accordance with institutional compliance standards.

Essential Requirements

Holder of a Level 5 or 6 qualification in Positive Behaviour Support alongside certified Level 2 Maths and English

Valid registration as a Behaviour Assistant with the UKSBA.

Proven history of conducting functional evaluations and constructing targeted behavioural development plans.

Substantial background supporting individuals diagnosed with autism, learning difficulties, or mental health challenges.

Exceptional communication capabilities with the ability to manage competing workloads and handle data systems.

Clear commitment to safeguarding regulations and maintaining professional, reflective practice within a team. Desired but not essential: Prior experience delivering training packages within an educational or multi-disciplinary therapy setting.
