About The Company
The PBS Practitioner is responsible for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred Positive Behaviour Support to individuals across all Salutem Care and Education locations. The role involves leading functional assessments, co‑designing person‑centred PBS plans, and building staff capability through coaching and training. The practitioner is committed to reducing restrictive practices while promoting safety, dignity, participation, and skill development. Improving the quality of life for the people we support is central to this role.

About The Role
40 hours per week
£30,000- £35,000 depending on qualification and experience
You will lead the delivery of Positive Behaviour Support across our services, helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. This role combines assessment, planning, coaching, and collaboration to improve quality of life and reduce restrictive practices.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behaviour assessments to understand needs and triggers
Develop and implement personalised, strengths-based PBS plans
Work closely with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Coach and train staff to deliver compassionate, consistent support
Monitor data and review interventions to ensure effectiveness
Champion reduction of restrictive practices and promote ethical careWhat We’re Looking For
