The Role:
As an Early Years Educator, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. Working within the EYFS framework, you'll support children's learning through engaging activities while building positive relationships with families and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
* Plan and support engaging learning activities.
* Promote children's emotional, physical and social development.
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team.
