Find Your Ideal Way of Working:
Day-to-Day Cover: Take total ownership of your diary. You choose when and where you work. Step into the setting to deliver engaging activities, enjoy the interactions with the children, and leave the planning and paperwork behind at the end of the day.
Long-Term Opportunities: If you prefer stability, we have fixed-term roles spanning a term or a full academic year (covering maternity, sickness, or interim gaps). It's the perfect way to truly embed yourself within a local nursery team and see your key children progress.
What We Look For:
EYFS Qualifications: Cache Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare, Foundation Degree, or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS / QTS).
A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework.
Nurturing behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire young learners through play-based learning.
An adaptable, proactive approach, ready to hit the ground running in new early years environments.
A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
