Site Manager – Greenwich – Enhanced DBS Required
MUST HAVE A VALID ENHANCED DBS CERTIFICATE - Candidates must already hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate. Applications from candidates without a current Enhanced DBS will not be considered.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a live school project in Greenwich.
Due to the nature of the site, candidates must hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a professional team delivering works within an occupied educational environment. Previous experience working on school, education or other live occupied sites would be highly desirable.
Site Manager Requirements:
* Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential)
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects
* Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
* Ability to deliver projects safely, on programme and to a high standard
Site Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the site
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site operatives
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements
* Monitor progress against the programme
* Liaise with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety and site housekeeping

Start Date: 20/07/2026
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
