Senior Quantity Surveyor

A RICS-accredited, Chartered Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable in a client-facing role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based in either their London or Surrey office, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will work within the private sector on high-end, prime, and super-prime residential projects for clients across London and the Southeast.

The Directors are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working with demanding clients, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is capable of taking projects from inception through to completion with minimal supervision.

Projects include high-end residential properties, barn conversions, luxury refurbishments, and bespoke upgrades.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a RICS accredited / Quantity Surveying degree
MRICS or working towards completing
Residential project experience would be ideal
Client facing / strong communicator
Good pre contract experience
Experience of working within a PQS / Consultancy environmentIn Return?

£55,000 - £70,000
