The Role
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN and behavioural needs
Support students with ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia
Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to improve engagement and progress
Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
Requirements
Bachelor's degree essential
Experience supporting children or young people (preferred)
Passion for education and helping students succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and committed approach
