If you can diagnose it, repair it and explain it to a customer, we want to hear from you.
Masterfix is one of London's leading property maintenance companies, delivering exceptional property care across prime residential developments, luxury apartments, commercial buildings and private homes throughout London.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our specialist engineering team.
This is a varied, hands-on maintenance role where no two days are the same. You'll be working on a wide range of mechanical building services and residential systems, carrying out fault finding, servicing, repairs and planned maintenance across some of London's most prestigious properties.
We're looking for an engineer with a minimum of 10 years' experience who is confident working independently and has extensive knowledge of Fan Coil Units (FCUs), MVHR systems, underfloor heating, booster pumps, circulating pumps, domestic plumbing systems and general property maintenance. Experience with HIUs, pressurisation units and communal heating systems would also be highly advantageous.
This isn't an installation role. It's about diagnosing faults, solving problems and delivering a first-time fix wherever possible. You'll need excellent fault-finding skills, strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate confidently with clients, residents and property managers.
You'll become part of our 1-in-3 out-of-hours call-out rota, supporting our clients when emergency situations arise. In return, you'll join a company that genuinely values its engineers, provides a steady flow of interesting work and supports you with an experienced operations team behind you.
We offer opportunities on both a self-employed and PAYE basis, giving you the flexibility to choose the arrangement that works best for you. You'll be joining a respected business with an excellent reputation, long-standing client relationships and genuine opportunities to develop your career.
At Masterfix, we're passionate about delivering exceptional property care. Our engineers are trusted to work in high-end homes and prestigious developments where professionalism, technical expertise and customer service are equally important.
If you're an experienced mechanical maintenance engineer looking for your next challenge with one of London's leading property maintenance companies, we'd love to hear from you.
