Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a growing and forward-thinking business?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Service Engineer to support a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential clients across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex.

The Role:
As an Air Conditioning Installation & Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault-finding, servicing, and repairs across a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Working as part of an experienced engineering team, you will ensure customers receive a high-quality, reliable service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities of the Air con engineer role:
* Carry out installation, (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
* Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
* Work on split, multi-split, VRV, VRF, and associated HVAC equipment.
* Identify faults and provide effective solutions to minimise downtime.
* Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation.
* Ensure equipment under contract is serviced and maintained in line with manufacturer recommendations and company standards.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional service delivery.
* Proactively identify potential issues and communicate recommendations to management and customers.
* Adhere to all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
* Participate in occasional working away from home as required.
About You
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused engineer with strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to maintenance and fault diagnosis.
Essential Requirements
* F-Gas Category 1 Certification (2079).
* NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (minimum).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Minimum 2 years' experience within the Air Conditioning industry.
* Strong fault-finding, servicing, and maintenance experience.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
* Electrical qualifications (NVQ or City & Guilds).
* Experience with Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric systems.
* Knowledge of wider building services and HVAC systems.
