Working alongside experienced teachers, you will support students across Years 7-11, helping individuals and small groups to achieve their full potential. The Role

Graduate Teaching Assistant

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Supporting students across Years 7-11

Working alongside experienced teachers in an Outstanding secondary school

Excellent preparation for PGCE or teacher training

The Ideal Candidate

A graduate with aspirations of becoming a secondary school teacher

Previous experience working with young people, either paid or voluntary

Experience may include tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching, youth work, school placements, overseas teaching, or similar

Enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about education

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
