Control Systems Engineer Junior/Engineer Level
£35,000 - £50,000 + Private Medical Care, Annual Bonus, Travel/Offshore Uplifts
37.5 hours a week with Hybrid & Flexible working options

Control Systems Engineer - The Role:
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of bespoke control and power systems, working as part of a project team with guidance from Senior Engineers.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in the design of electrical power and control systems
Design and implementation of Ethernet and serial communication networks
Support PLC programming using Siemens TIA Portal and/or Rockwell
Produce & maintain technical documentation (specifications, risk assessments, manuals, etc.)
Providing technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely - with support
Peer review of engineering designs
Commissioning support at customer sites (up to 20% travel including international & offshore)
Control Systems Engineer - The Person:
The successful candidate will ideally have:
A degree (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
Ability with PLC programming - Siemens or Rockwell ideal but all considered
Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical (advantageous but not essential)
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Flexibility to travel internationally when required
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
